Once a year, DISH and Boost retailers from across the country gather at Team Summit, the enterprise’s largest event. Here, attendees get to hear directly from executive leadership on the state of the business, attend trainings, and network. Inspired by sports branding, I was tasked with developing a visual identity that captured the energy, agility and dominance of Echostar as a major player in the connectivity space.
I designed and implemented the look and feel across hundreds of deliverables that span both print and digital mediums. I also provided art direction to my in-house team as well as various external vendors that all helped to bring this event to life. With over 2,500 people in attendance in 2024, this was one of the most successful summits in the company’s history.

Offsite Event: Brooklyn Bowl
After two days of work related events, attendees were invited to an offsite event at Brooklyn Bowl where they could cut loose and have some fun before heading home. The night featured food, drinks, bowling and a special live performance by Nelly. Because this was a less business focused event I altered the graphic approach to be a bit more fitting of the edgy Rock n’ Roll themed space.
